We have outgrown our present facility and are looking to expand.  Our aim is to develop a purpose built gymnastics centre in Chelmsford.

Through this centre, we could encourage partnerships with the local community, and offer a wide range of other sporting activities.

Our activities would therefore be inclusive and open to all.  The centre would also provide a facility for county gymnastics competitions within Essex.

We have 5 specific development goals:

1.  To establish a purpose built gymnastics facility in the town.  This would also be a location for Essex Schools and BGA County, Regional and National Competitions.

2.  To become a fully inclusive club, providing local accessible gymnastics facilities and programmes for all the residents of Chelmsford and its surrounding areas.

3.  To establish strong links with local schools, other sports and the new facility (when established) to ensure that through partnerships, a sustainable framework is established for all users of the new facility.

4.  To provide a structured programme of lessons, recreation, coaching and competition for all those who wish to participate in gymnastics and associated sports that the new facility offers and to develop the gymnasts to ensure they have the opportunity to progress at their chosen level.

5.  To increase the number of qualified coaches and their expertise, and encourage more volunteers to assist with the new club.
